So, if it doesn’t all work out, decide what went wrong.
- If higher education is not for you, look for a job – may be one with an element of occupational training, so you will have a marketable skill and a qualification to prove it. Or take a practical, job-related course locally.
- If you think higher education is for you, but you chose the wrong course, the wrong college, or the wrong place, apply for a different course next year.
- If the reasons are personal or financial, try giving it a break. You may be able to return later, transfer credit to another institution or continue part time somewhere else.
